This added financing ability increases the potential of available buyers. 

Historically, Landmark has seen a high of 62% of land sold as a result of its combined effort with LLS Capital Management, LLC and its ability to "owner finance" the purchase.  The new program will make it possible for Buyers and Sellers to purchase and sell their land in New Hampshire ... and combining the efforts of our surveying and permitting division, our land sales division, and our capital management division, Landmark Country Land, LLC can offer a wide variety of options that are not available through a conventional real estate brokerage.

For Sellers: The combined efforts of Landmark Country Land, LLC and Landmark Surveying & Permitting, LLC make it possible to facilitate the subdivision of larger parcels, creating approved lots ready for presentation to the sales market as well as offering state approved septic designs and wetland delineation for all parcels offered for sale in New Hampshire.  Combined contractual agreements between the Landmark Companies and their clients can produce equitable solutions to the many costs associated with the subdivision and permitting processes.
