If you are an owner of a building lot(s) or acreage located in southern New Hampshire, you can submit your property information to the company and receive an immediate offer to purchase. The program format is as follows:
1.) Submit to the company by mail or fax a copy of the following:
2.) A company representative will contact you to discuss the property and confirm your particular needs.
3.) The company will submit an offer to purchase and with acceptance a Purchase & Sales Agreement will be executed.
4.) A local attorney will prepare an opinion of title. Upon determination of marketable title, a closing of the purchase will be scheduled.
5.) Close of sale occurs in 30 to 45 days.
